Connective tissue is our body's network. It consists of cells and the extra cellular matrix (ECM). This last consists mostly of collagen (structural proteins), fibers which give shape and elasticity, non-collagenous proteins, basic substance and water. Connective tissue is interlaced in a netlike manner and serves as an elastic membrane and supporting tissue between cells, organs, parts of organ and in the skin, bones, blood vessel walls, cartilage, tendons and ligaments. Collagen is an integral part of the connective tissue. It is composed of extremely fine and intertwisted fibres whose length and thickness are in the nanometer area and which compose three-dimensional networks.
Connective tissue becomes softer and looser with age and this can be seen in lines and wrinkles which develop in the skin, in particular in the face, dècolletè. The degradation of collagen and elastic fibers in the dermis (corium) means that the skin becomes less elastic. This is partly a result of the normal aging process and thus genetically pre-programmed. Outside factors do, however, also play a role.
The gentle red light waves in the area of 550-700 nm of the Red Light Collagen lamps encourage the skin cells to produce collagen, elastin and special enzymes that are necessary to improve the skin structure. This process, which happens in the walls of the small blood vessels, has a skin-tightening effect and stimulates the oxygen absorption and detoxification of the skin. The ability of the skin to absorb and store moisture will improve. In addition, the regeneration and reproduction of healthy skin is visibly increased.
It takes time for the structure of your skin to improve. A course of unlimited usage should last at least 6 till 8 weeks to produce bio stimulatory effects. The initial exposure time should be no more than 10 minutes per day (3 times a week) and may be increased to a maximum of 20 minutes.
The skin should stay cool during treatments. As physically, the light source is producing and transmitting some heat, this will be filtered and cooled by the unit.
Due to cell-stimulation in the skin, the skins appearance is not just looking fresher but also smoother. Black bags disappear, pores shrink, your skin becomes softer and lumps and bumps vanish. Both your skin's ability to heal itself and cell regeneration are considerable improved.
Make your dreams come true with the Red light Collagen lamps, the perfect solution for skin rejuvenation. Independent research has shown that the collagen production can be stimulated with gentle red light waves of 550-700 nm. These light waves of the Collagen lamps encourage the skin to produce collagen, elastin and certain enzymes that are responsible for the skin's supportive structure.
Red light Collagen therapy Collagen results in a true revival of the skin.
